Happy Friday! How was your week? Mine was made especially great because I got to have my husband work from home two days this week and he’s coming home early today. I am spoiled for sure. This morning I woke up and thought, “I want to go foraging for flowers and vines to put in a vase” and sure enough, that’s what I did. Spring has gifted us with lots of greenery and pretty flowers that needed to be brought inside. I spotted a patch of purple wildflowers and yellow yarrow on my way to the gym yesterday so I’ll have to stop sometime and pick some for another pretty (free!) bouquet. :)
What are your plans for the weekend? We’re excited to go to the Farmer’s Market since it’s finally opening for the season and then we’re headed up to the mountains tomorrow to visit with Parker’s family. Then Sunday we plan on showering my mom with love and presents – don’t forget about Mother’s Day! If you need a gift, you still have time to make this.
Here are some fun links for the weekend, if you are in an internet browsing mood. Have a good one. :)
I want this Mid-Century letterpress print.
Wouldn’t you just love to receive a package with this on the outside?
This would be an awesome photobooth backdrop or accent wall in a home office.
Love this DIY Concrete Letter.
How awesome is this rainbow cake?!
…speaking of cake, YAY!
Loving Jen’s modern nursery (especially the rocking sheep!).
This Look for Less is pretty rad.
Awesome: use craft punches to make paper flowers.
